Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to post a listing?
No. The basic listing is free: you can have 5 active listings at a time, with 6 photos each. You only pay for extras if you want them.
When will my listing appear?
We check every listing, and it goes live after approval. This usually happens quickly.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page. You can enter your billing details at checkout, including a tax ID for companies.
What happens when my extra package expires?
Your listings are not deleted, they just become inactive — you can reactivate them anytime with a new package. The photo limit returns to 6 per listing: photos above it are deleted 7 days after expiry unless you buy a new package.
